This is the second panel of the first page of the short story I'm writting using illustrations culled from the stock in
‘s gallery [link]
I'll update tomorrow with the specific piece of stock, she's got quite the large gallery and I only have dial up at home and no time to sift.
This is an experiment to see if I can do something with my drawings besides recreate a stock photo by hand, which has been bumming me out as of late, but boo hoo me right. Anyway, I figured I'd try something a little different this time out. I gave myself a very short time with the stock photo, trying to get lines down quickly in pencil, and then I inked it in the blind, quickly. I think these might have a little more energy than my usualy linework, but what the heck do I know.
Anyway, story will follow when the art is done.
Pencil, Micron Pen, and Sharpie on Bristol board.
All 100% hand-drawn, no vectors or any such stuff.
