Experiment Panel 6 by smurfwreck Experiment Panel 6 by smurfwreck
This is the sixth panel, the third of the second page of the short story I'm writting using illustrations culled from the stock in s gallery. I'll update later with the specific piece of stock, she's got quite the large gallery and I only have dial up at home and no time to sift.

This is an experiment to see if I can do something with my drawings besides recreate a stock photo by hand, which has been bumming me out as of late, but boo hoo me right. Anyway, I figured I'd try something a little different this time out. I gave myself a very short time with the stock photo, trying to get lines down quickly in pencil, and then I inked it in the blind, quickly. I think these might have a little more energy than my usualy linework, but what the heck do I know.

Anyway, story will follow when the art is done.

Pencil, Micron Pen, and Sharpie on Bristol board.

All 100% hand-drawn, no vectors or any such stuff.

This stuff looks really nice...every try (or want) to work for White Wolf? I think this style, if you could do the stuff they need, would be well received.

I tried White Wolf a couple of times, but they didn't seem interested. It has been awhile though....

Coming along nicely, every picture for this series has been so amaxing, all the little details are wonderful. I think the best part is how each picture is so expressive!
